| Out of total seats, 15% of intake in each course is reserved for management category candidates. Candidates desirous of applying for seats of management category should make separate application on a separate form for management category available in the office of Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. |

| Eligibility Criteria for admission to First Year of B-Tech Courses |
| The candidate seeking admission to any of these courses should have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSC) or the Indian School Certificate Examination (ISC) or any other examination equivalent to 10+2 or HSC examination of any recognized Board/University from any school /college situated in India. |
- The minimum qualification for admissions in Degree Engineering Programme is that the candidate should have passed in 10+2 (qualifying) examination with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of the following optional subject.

| The candidate must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in Physics, Mathematics and one optional subject taken together at the qualifying exam i.e. 10+2 / HSC/Equivalent. (For SC/ST candidates 45 percent). |

- Candidates who are likely to appear or who have appeared for qualifying examination i.e. HSC etc. but whose results have not been decaled will also be considered eligible to appear for CET (Engineering) , provided they have offered the above mentioned subjects t the said examinations. However they should produce mark-sheet of HSC at time of counseling. The candidates who fail to submit the mark- sheet of HSC at the time of counseling will not be considered eligible.

| Requisite: Qualification for admission to second year B. Tech courses |
| Candidates passing the qualifying examination of Technical education board of any state and its equivalent (Diploma 3 years course) in India are eligible to appear ET (DIP) [Entrance Test] for that year. The candidates who passes the said final year diploma examination with first class or distinction are eligible for direct admission to second year in engineering and those passed in second class are eligible for first year engineering subject to availability of seats. Admissions to Second Year / First Year degree engineering for such candidates will made on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in the Common Entrance Test ET (DIP). Candidates should note that admissions to Second Year/ First Year engineering will be made in respective branches in which the candidates has passed diploma examination. Admission in the First Year, after Diploma, is subject to availability of seats after counseling of students appeared for CET (Engineering) – for that year. |
