| 1. The students will be required to pay the following fees in addition to the examination fee: |

A)
i. For statement of marks : Rs. 50/-
ii. For central Assessment Programme : Rs. 50/-
iii. For issuing certificate of passing for final exam : Rs. 50/-
B)
Issuing student requires duplicate
i. Admit Card : Rs. 50/-
ii. Statement of marks : Rs. 50/-
C)
Late fee after expiry of last date : Rs. 50/-

| 2. The students should note that no examination form will be accepted after the expiry of the last date for accepting the examination forms. |

| 3. The examination form will be accepted after last date only after paying special late fee of Rs. 300/-. |
| |
| 4. The examination forms will be available in Examination Section at the rate of Rs. 15/- per form. |
| |
| 5. The examination form duly completed in all respects and with the prescribed fees will be received at examination section. |
